Returns, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At Bumchi, we strive to provide high-quality baby clothing and maternity wear. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness, we have established the following policies:
- No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. - No Return Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason. - No Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order with us, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds at any cost. Kindly be mindful of that & place your orders accordingly. - Exchange Policy (Only for Wrong Item Sent)
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- If you receive the wrong size from what you ordered
- If you receive a different color than what you ordered
- If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered
- If you receive a product that is damaged or have any kind of defects.
Unboxing Video MANDATORY
To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the package.
The video must:
- Be uncut and unedited.
- Show the shipping label with the order details.
- Clearly display the incorrect size, color, or product. Without a valid unboxing video, we will not process any exchange requests.
Exchange Process
If you meet the exchange criteria, follow these steps:
- Email us at bumchi321@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 70107 75840 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach the unboxing video and order details.
- Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for an exchange.
- The incorrect product must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging to our address.
Once your exchange request is approved (after we receive the product you sent back to us), we will initiate the exchange & replace the product within 5 business days.
Cases Not Eligible for Exchange
- If you ordered the wrong size or color by mistake. If the product does not meet personal preferences (e.g., change of mind)
- If the product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- If there is no valid unboxing video
